“Perfect holiday home.”

The villa truly felt like a holiday home, with a good number of beds, and nice open dining room/kitchen/living room plan. The kitchen had enough crockery, pans and spices as well as an oven, hob and fridge-freezer, making meal times a breeze. Having a pool, sun beds, outdoor table and table tennis table made down time in the villa so much fun, and the host provided two towels each, a map and parasols we could take down to the beach. Bedding was fit for the weather and comfortable, with about 4 fans provided in every room. There was a safe in each room, and toilets had shampoo/body wash included. Location wise was amazing, 5 min walk from a beach and in an area where there were plenty of food places, stores and transport links. 15 mins direct bus to airport too.

To be improved

Minor things like possibly having a couple more bath mat towels and rolls of toilet paper available in a cupboard somewhere. Other than that, perfect! Also something to keep in mind is one bedroom has to be walked through to reach the other. This didn't serve to be a problem for us though.

“Perfect for a young group looking to stay around Palma”

The best

The property had everything we needed and more. A wonderfully equipped kitchen and a large living room was a massive bonus. Bus stop into Palma was a minute away. 5 Minutes to the beach. Car parking spot where we easily fit 4 Vespas. Massive outdoor area. Basic pool, but for the price we were happy.

To be improved

Shower height in the ensuite and general ageing of the property. One bedroom is accessed by walking through another one. There is no lock on the door leading to the shower off the kitchen. The windows in the kitchen are awkward to operate. These are all extremely minimal downsides to what was a great stay. The property is basic and nothing fancy, but we loved it. It had its own charm. Recommended!
