Good location 25 minutes walk to Alcudia old town and 20 minutes walk to the beach in the opposite direction. Lovely restaurant nearby . Bodega del Sol

To be improved

The drive from the road was down a very narrow track to reach the villa with a few difficult turns. The air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work and we reported this on a daily basis. The engineer did come out but it wasn't fixed. No information pack provided.
