Welcomed with snacks and champagne, which was a nice touch.

The amenities are excellent, including a fully equipped kitchen and a clean pool.

The location is good but a bit far from everything; a car is needed.

“Dreamy Villa Stay”
The best

The house is incredible. Comfortable rooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool always clean (which is an amazing feature we don't always find in villas). We are a group of friends that every year we have a villa stay for a few days and this one has been the best.

To be improved

I would add a couple more cleaning products to avoid making us go out of our way to buy a sponge or extra kitchen towels.

The best

The villa is beautiful. It fully encapsulated the Tenerife experience by matching the villa's aesthetics to the vibe of the island. Vanessa, the property manager, was also very helpful and communicative. The beds were soft and comfortable as well as the sofas in the living room. Plus, the pool!

To be improved

The TV screen is slightly broken, although it still work. The single bed room doesn't have AC, only a fan, meaning it gets very hot in there. One of the toilets struggled to collect water, meaning it wouldn't flush sometimes. Also, the barbeque area is filled with insects – had planned to do a BBQ but was unable to due to the sheer number of bugs. Location could be a problem although this is easily solved by renting a car.

Fabulous villa with great facilities tucked away but all attractions easily accessible. 7 of us stayed and plenty of space for us both indoor and outdoor. We used an app for delivery of takeaway and shopping and the local bus is regular and reliable.

To be improved

7 of us stayed but only 6 sun loungers which is a shame but there's plenty of other seating options 😁
