The best

We were happy to relax in this very spacious villa with two families (4 adults and 3 children). Everything about it is very well thought out. Wonderful view from the highway to Mount Ifach. The children enjoyed the clean pool (cleaned twice a week) and the swimsuits did not get damaged (this is a response to a previous review). The owners of the villa do not interfere in any way and I recommend everyone not to consider this a minus. There is a separate entrance to the villa and the territory is large (this is not our first experience and we have something to compare with). The beach is a 15 minute walk to the store, you need a car. I recommend this villa for a holiday to everyone!

“Spacious well equipped 4 bed house with great pool - but make sure you have a car!”

The best

The villa had a fabulous large private pool, and 4 good sized bedrooms. Large open plan living /dining room was great, as was the outdoor veranda seating area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was also a very useful outdoor kitchen by the barbecue with a second fridge for poolside drinks! The villa has great views, and there is a pretty little beach about 15 mins walk down a steep hill. Good wifi - although it does not reach the pool area which was a shame for our teenagers!

To be improved

Two of the bedrooms did not have aircon - which was not disclosed on any of the text about the property. Luckily when we stayed, the max temperature was around 31 degrees , and it was ok as they were on the slightly cooler side of the house. However, if it had been much hotter this would have been a problem. The two bathrooms and the kitchen were a little dated. The location had great views all round, but you really need a car when staying here - as it was a very hilly 45 mins to walk to the centre of Calpe and the main beaches. There are no restaurants within walking distance, except one very expensive hotel.
