Location is fantastic in the centre of Nerja .

To be improved

When we arrived at the house there was a painter in side. Beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses were were like something you’d see in a hostel. Outside patio’s were not clean, rust on the outside tables needed to panted. Outside sink had sand in it. Tilling on the walls needed to be cleaned properly. Step ladder left behind after the painter up against the wall by the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned (covered area over jacuzzi filth dirty).spiral stairs to roof rusting needs to be cleaned and painted. Hand rails on spiral stairs rusted away completely one of the upright completely missing (very dangerous)

The location of the property was excellent, steps away from restaurants and bars. The swim spa was brilliant Ava all three terraces were beautiful.

Very central to everything great location only downfall no wall in shower as our friend had a disability couldn't get into showers in bathrooms had use outside shower wasn't very private other than that all was great thank you
