The best

Having visited Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca on numerous occasions, Villa Carmen didn’t fail to please. The villa is traditional with modern quirks. It has everything you need for a home from home stay. A casual walk to Marina Rubicon is a lovely 10 minute stroll on the coastal path. If you continue to Playa Blanca town it’s maybe another 10/15 minutes. The maintenance team were brilliant and very attentive. Communication with Alex on Booking.com was also brilliant. Thank you!!

“Perfect chilled week at Villa Carmen..☀️”
The best

Spacious villa in an area we have frequented. Well appointed, comfy beds, lovely terrace with eating area and pool, getting all day sunshine. Everything within walking distance - lovely coastal walks to Rubicón Marina, Playa Blanca or Papagayo beach. A very well stocked local Superdino a minute walk from Villa, has everything u can think of. Good communication with owner - and very easy access on arrival with lock box. Welcome Pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Had a late flight, so was greatly appreciated.

To be improved

Very little. We were very impressed. Air-con would have been a bonus, but bedrooms have ceiling fans which are certainly ample in Nov, I can’t comment for high Summer. And also perhaps a greater selection of towels available.
