“Great Villa, Great Location and the hill to get to it wouldn’t put us offfrpm going again”
Great Villa, very well equipped. Slightly run down with age but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Location was perfect, able to walk to all main areas such as Playa de las Americas and Siam Park/Mall. The Hill to the Villa was steep but short, as all the reviews say great place if u don’t mind a hill. Wouldn’t put us off staying there again.
“Family break in Costa Adeje”
Great location, short walk from beaches restaurants and water park Huge outdoor spaces over 3 levels offer sun and shade throughout the day and exceptional sunset views
The walk up the hill after a night out
“Carmen Rentals could not have been more helpful during our stay”
Great location (if you don’t mind hills). The kids loved being able to see Siam Park.
Sadly there was no longer a Pool table.
“Superb”
“Very good stay.”
Finding the property was an issue, the taxi driver didn’t really know where it was! He dropped us off some 25 meters from the villa, which was up the hill and around the corner! Apart from that the villa rep was excellent!
The hill up to the villa! It is a dead end, but taxis will go up because they can turn around! Mini buses won’t go up, because they can’t!
“The villa is pleasant but has the potential to be great. It just needs updating.”
Villa Casa Blanca is located in a residential area at the top of a short but very steep hill. The villa is a twelve minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. The outside area is large and south facing with great views over the resort below and it's walking distance to Siam Aqua Park. There's plenty of extra blankets and pillows available and beach towels are provided. Laundry and dishwasher power is also provide. There is a dedicated parking spot outside the villa. It's a bit tight but very welcome to have it so close to the accommodation.
The villa is large and spread out over several floors. The house is clean but some areas need attention. The kitchen is small but well stocked with cooking utensils. There are only three electric sockets, awkwardly located beside the cooker and there is no extractor fan, just a hole in the wall. Two of our bed mattresses were comfortable but two more need immediate replacing. There was a electric plug hanging from the wall in the dining room, paint pealing from the celling in the basement bedroom. There's a very rusty BBQ on the rooftop solarium. The front gate was very difficult to lock and unlock. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the large and sunny veranda, unfortunately the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. No sign of the famous pool table, maybe it was taken away to be repaired.
