The best

Good location. 10 minutes walk to Flamingo beach. Good size property. Most beds were comfortable, except one mattress. We had a leak from the hot water tank, this was fixed quickly and the work men very friendly. The pool was definitely the highlight of the holiday. There were plenty of towels too, bedding was clean.

To be improved

Both toilets smelt of stale urine, especially in the master room this wasn’t pleasant and we did buy our own disinfectant for this. Quite a few of the glasses and plates were cracked or chipped. We had to wash most of the cutlery, crocs and glasses when we arrived as they were dirty. Front twin bedroom, mattress closest to the window had sunk and therefore not comfortable to sleep on.

The property was nice and in a pleasant area close to most amenities.

There was noisy building work going on immediately behind the villa. Although this was initially sporadic in the first week, it built up to a crescendo of noisy activity in the second week, so much so that we had to go out all day during the day to get away from it. In the end, to get some peace and quiet, we cut our stay short and vacated the property two days early and booked something elsewhere. The Villa Plus representative was very nice and sympathetic there was nothing she could do as property owners there don't have to inform other adjacent properties when work is going to be carried out.

“Fabulous villa with a pool for a relaxing family holiday”

The best

The location was perfect, a quick stroll down to Playa Flamingo on a quiet road. We hired a car as its easier to get around and visit further afield. The swimming pool was a big hit and we swam everyday as the water temperature was heated. We used the BBQ and made full use of all the outside entertaining spaces which was an added bonus. On our check out day we found a drawer full of board games we hadn't spotted at the start - we love a good board game so were gutted we didnt find these at the start of our stay.

The main en-suite sink had a broken plug which I reported halfway during our stay and this request was neither responded to or sorted.
