great location for family gateways who want to escape from busy city life, nice views, huuuuge swimming pool, clean, well equipped, awesome firm mattress

To be improved

need to be mindful of narrow road leading to property, property is not the newest (with some renovation it could have great potential)

The location was great, Pollensa & nearby beaches were lovely. The outside of the property was lovely.

To be improved

We didn’t receive the welcome pack specified, when chased it didn’t arrive for 2 days, no response from the assistance company we were told to contact & no apology for the inconvenience of having to go to buy the additional products or the cost. The beds were quite uncomfortable, my partner has had a bad back ever since. We had issues with ants in the bedroom & when we contacted the assistance company they were quite unconcerned, but I’m not personally used to sleeping with hundreds of flying ants in my room. It was late at night when we found the issue. We sprayed with a bottle of insecticide, but we had no idea of the instructions or if safe for us to stay in the room. We had a 2 year old with us. In the end someone was sent out, who sprayed the ants more. But after he left more came back. It was pretty horrible. We had to clean up this mess constantly. The shower head in the en-suite flew off if you tried to use it. We asked on a few occasions if we could have an earlier checkin than 5pm as our flight landed at 11am, but were told not possible due to the property not being cleaned until just before this. However, when we arrived the amount of insects etc & smell showed it hadn’t been recently cleaned.
