Spacious, great layout, three different outside spaces, nice furnishings. Close to great swimming spot plus lovely, well- maintained swimming pool. Quiet but close to amenities. The planting was beautiful. Very communicative host.

Although the property is far (~50 min by car) from the best beaches in Lanzarote, the area is very quiet and has stunning views.

To be improved

The property could be better cleaned. When we arrived there were hairs everywhere and cleaning some spaces took us some time. Also, we stayed for almost a week and the property was not cleaned during the stay.

“Perfect little house! lovely communal pool and easy access”
The best

This is a perfect location for a stay in Charco Del Palo. The house is well situated for getting to the beach pools, supermarket and restaurant in the village. The pool is cleaned daily and gardeners are regular. The house is fantastic, kitchen is the perfect size for 2/4 people, with a downstairs toilet and a bath/shower upstairs with his and hers sinks. This is our 2nd time staying here Aug/Sept and have already booked for next year.

To be improved

To be honest, it is what we expected last year and this year. To have the villa that is on 2 floors was perfect. me being disabled , the stairs were difficult last year but easier this year and will be better next year. The patio area does get a lot of tree buds/flowers in windy situations but to be honest isn't that bad ! I can not think of anything that would put me off booking this place again and again !
