Villa Cintya - PlusHolidays

The fifth bedroom can only be accessed from external stairs and was decorated at a lower standard than the rest of the villa. Sadly the room that was accessed via a set of patio doors that could not be locked. Therefore was not a safe space to sleep or keep valuables. Also one of the double beds in the house was not made. As a result of the property management mixing up our stay with another group's stay we were accused of leaving the villa is an unclean state and fined 30e. After Booking.Com helping us to rectify this charge, we eventually got the money back. I would warn other people who use this property management company to have photographic evidence of how they leave the property they stayed in.

The outside hob wasn't working. The BBQ needed briquettes / charcoal which wasn't advertised. The pool table definitely needs updating, even tho we had good fun on it. The TVs probably need updating, maybe a bigger one in the lounge.

Kitchen utensils, fridge or freezer was leaking, chairs in the kitchen were falling apart and the decor was tired and drab. Would like better pillows and duvets rather than blankets too please.

Kitchen layout. If was difficult to get the keys as the office wasn't open when we arrived. Didn't like having to pay for the cot as it was only needed for a week of our 2 week stay. No one came to do the garden
