The kitchen could be better but it was fine. Some basic tea/coffee on arrival would have been preferable. That's me being picky.

Not enough cooking utensils . No oven glove. Pool filter was not working and took 4/5 days to fix. Sunbeds were broken and asked for new ones which did arrive a week and a half later

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

There was very little to complain about, we were incredibly happy here. I might mention the kitchen is a little "tired" but it's perfectly usable. Also I wasn't aware the 3rd bedroom was actually separate to the rest of the house, so it wasn't really practical for us, however it did have a good en-suit. Just really mentioning it for information purposes for others, not a complaint. The suction point in the pool is extremely powerful, scarily so. Our daughter got sucked against it and was unable to free herself. I intended to mention this when I handed the keys back but neglected to. My bad. Suggest some form of cover to go over it rather than it just being a hole might be safer to avoid any future incidents. I mentioned to the staff that it had been a bit cold at night as there were only sheets and a blanket on the beds. They kindly informed me that we could have phoned and asked for extra heaters, so it's worth bearing this in mind. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and really handy to have them so close by. A slight side-note would be to have been given a little bit of warning about the pool cleaner coming each week and the gardeners who spent one of the days in the garden cutting hedges. It was quite noisy and we could have perhaps planned to go out instead. But I understand that these things need to happen to maintain the place so I'm not complaining. But overall this was a wonderful place, we have booked to come back.
