I can't possibly think of anything negative to say. Maybe if there was available a hoover or a broom to clean the floor from sand etc

Too far from the center. We had to drive very far by taxi to get the keys, although there was a prior agreement that the driver of the ordered transfer would also bring us the house keys. There were ants all over the house. A very steep spiral staircase between two floors. The interior was old and needed updating. There was no hot water for several days and the wifi was very bad. The beds are very hard. The kitchen utensils are very old and dirty - we had to buy a new pan. The knives were also dull, impossible to cut bread, tomatoes, etc. The pool is very deep! The accommodation is not suitable for families with mobility difficulties or small children.

Unfortunately we arrived to find the house had not been not cleaned very well at all. There was dust and dirt on nearly every surface including the floors. The beds were made and looked tidy, but upon closer inspection the duvets were covered in human and animal hair, including hair found on the inside sheets and all over the bathroom. We spent the first day cleaning the entire place properly and washing the bedding. Some floor tiles in the downstairs bedroom were broken and we had to cover them to avoid injury and tripping, as the loose bits were breaking apart and crumbling all over the floor. There seems to have been remnants of a termite nest in one of the bedroom cupboards as well as dirt inside all the drawers and wardrobes and signs of mould that had not been cleaned away properly. The downstairs TV did not work at all and the top floor TV had no channels installed. The water kettle was also broken and leaked water everywhere when used, but we found another one in the cupboard. A pool maintenance guy (and also a gardener) dropped by unannounced several times during our 1 week stay, yet by the end of the week the pool water had turned very murky and was not clear or clean anymore. It seems the management is not too bothered about keeping this property up to a high standard, which is a real pity as it has so much potential.

Could do with a safe somewhere to put valuables i e passport

I wouldnt say i didnt like bit i really think it would be suitable to have a fridge downstairs at the pool
