The villa is in a good location, on a quiet street. It was very clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent air-conditioning throughout and some nice little extra touches for guests. Owner contactable via WhatsApp, for any queries you may have.

To be improved

Unfortunately, there are some renovation building works going on in the house adjacent to the swimming pool, which the owner tells me, unbeknown to them, has suddenly become active again. This did impact our privacy, and there was noise and dust, which does impact using the pool area, and to date, no refund/goodwill gesture has been offered. I did request thar they make this fact known to future clients and have attached more up-to-date pictures of the works, as there are older pictures on Booking.com. The pool is deep, which was fine for older children/adults, but I would not recommend young families. More comfortable pool side chairs with cushions would be good.

Location of the villa was brilliant...short walk to the restaurants,bars and the beach 👍 Villa was a great size with everything we needed and was very clean. Great outdoor area for sunbathing and great again inside the villa with a lovely lounge for chilling out in the evening... with doors out to a good sized balcony to sit and enjoy the sea views. Big fully fitted kitchen , 2 bathrooms and good bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of wardrobe space 😊

Great location, supermarket around the corner for essentials. Easy walk to either side of PDC.

To be improved

Ideally could have pans for the oven to cook with. No oven trays. Also kitchen not very clean, food in cupboard not cleaned out etc.
