To be improved

Contact with property from bigining good, but when you are at the property... No one's answer through the booking.com app. You need find by self how to contact with someone because if you calling ... Noones answer 🤬. That was bad experience.

The outdoor area was lovely but not enough sunbeds.

The configuration of the upstairs kitchen was not user-friendly the way the hob unit is situated jutting out in the middle of the kitchen. The basement apartment shower was yellowing and grubby with sealant falling off, all 3 showers looked like they needed a good bleaching and scrubbing to clean them up. Dead cockroach on the living room floor in basement apartment, so hadn't been cleaned prior to arrival. There wasn't any user manuals/information folders for any equipment, poor TV signal so no English channels. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms in the main apartment, which is annoying having to live out of a suitcase for the entire stay.
