We were met by Natalia who was so lovely. She showed us around the property and even took a video of the sunset for us from the roof as we just missed it as we arrived late. She also sent us the location of near by places to eat, shop, drink etc and was happy to help in anyway during our stay. The villa had an amazing view from the roof and the pool was our favourite part. Perfect to cool off in and inside all the rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for light and full meal cooking. It had a pub, pharmacy and supermarket 5 mins away which was great. We had an amazing stay at Villa Adeje and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked!!

To be improved

Possibly quicker replies via messaging on booking.com from the owner however we didn’t have much we had to check or message about while there so it wasn’t really an issue. The hill back up to the villa is very steep and warm especially during mid day. However it was worth it to get to the top to our villa. There was a few things broken on arrival but nothing useable and great facilities. There is nothing else I would fault about this villa.

“Dissapointing end to the trip”

The host was very bad at communicating. Responses took several hours and instructions were not given on how to get into the villa which was very stressful. The host charges €300 for a deposit on arrival but then delays in giving this back. A number of rooms had lights/electric not working and a couple of the sunbeds were dodgy/broken. The host claimed that items had been broken in the villa and significantly exaggerated the cost of these without providing any proof of cost. One of the items was broken on arrival but the host did not accept this. I would recommend taking inventory/pictures on arrival.

good location, you can park cars on the street in case you want to rent more than one. the pool is really nice and spacious. the view from the terrace is incredible. we have got towels for pool and for shower

To be improved

it wasn't very clean. the dust was very visible in the cupboards and on the bedside table. the dishwasher didn't work, even though we had detergent for it. instead, dish detergent we had to buy our own, same for the washing machine. toilet paper left was not enough for a week. we were told the pool would be cleaned 2 times/week but no one came. but most important and disappointing thing: it took us 5 days to get our 300€ deposit back because the owner effectively ignored our messages. Even though this money was supposed to be refunded at check-out.
