“The Villa was very comfortable in a pleasant setting and I would happily use it again”
The best

Breakfast wasn’t included. Location was good. Welcome pack was very much appreciated. The pool was a bonus and I used it most days.

To be improved

I was there for 8 days and it was never cleaned. The arrangement for picking up and returning the keys was too complicated. I expected a free shuttle to airport and back as it said on Booking.com but that was not so. I feel I should be due a refund to cover travel expenses. It is very difficult to get help from Booking.com
