The best

Very nice and clean, good kitchen, large living area. Nice with Pellets burner for some heating. Cosy but not super luxury. Easy acces and very nice hoast that helped a lot by phone if there was any questions.

To be improved

The house has serval neigbours with barking dogs, and very close to the house there is a dog shelter/ breeder. There is as well lots of noice from the main road (the big road to Pollensa), not inside the house but at the garden and terrace. So not a realxing expierience. And as well next house is super close so very little privacy. As well there is a small driveway very next to the house and windows were you can see people alost looking in to your kitchen and sofa. - Details of the house. The house need to upgrade the coffee brewer to a better standard, the TV is very old and dosent support netflix ect. the big sofa inside feels very old and at one side you cand sit as there is a gap against the wall. It would be nice with a bigger BBQ so if you have frineds over for dinner. Ad for dining inside a slightly large table to be able eating for 6 people would be great. Beds a bid hard, but thats personal. Towels did not dry before they were put in or folded so a big "smelly". Outdoor at the Terrace, we were missing a sofa lounge to be able sitting in the evening.

Very nice villa in a good location, good heating which we appreciated especially on chilly mornings (we visited in April).

To be improved

From time to time barking dogs in the neighborhood and crowing cocks early in the morning.
