The hosts were responsive and solved our issue quickly. Check-in was easy.

To be improved

We came into a room with practically every sheet and towel either damp or covered in hair. We appreciate the this was resolved for the next day, but we considered moving to another hotel in the middle of the first night, and eventually had a mediocre night just sleeping on our own clothes on the bed and using our own camping towels. Floor surfaces were dusty and cutlery greasy.
