Fast communication with the owner (via translator) key handover without problems, at the agreed time - the owner lives in the building. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable mattresses (the beds are a little shorter, but the one in the bedroom does not have a footboard, so it didn't matter). The rooms are furnished effectively, enough storage space. The kitchen has absolutely everything: a large refrigerator, oven, kettle, blender, toaster, washing machine, filter coffee machine, microwave... The environment is quite quiet. You can hear cars from the road a little, but that doesn't matter. Otherwise, only the sounds of nature - chickens and dogs like on vacation at grandma's. Beautiful view of the sea and the hill. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Wide and clean beach, only the sea is sometimes polluted. The pool is clean, deep. Outdoor shower and sun loungers by the pool. Private parking at the apartment. Everything you need - we recommend. The owner is very nice. Welcome fresh fruit and a bottle of water.

Better than expected. Wonderful place. A fantastic balcony with a view for the see. The welcome gift was the sweetest mango I have ever eaten. Rooms are big and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Ant the private pool, it's just fantastic.

The villa is set in the country side with the benefits of the beach only being 10 minites walk down. There are a few nice restaurante walking distance with torre del mar only 40 min walk or 5 min in car. The villa has everthing you need and the beds are exceptionally compy. The pool is amazing to keep cool and big enough to daliy exercise. We used it for water yoga amazing!! We will definitely visit this place again. The owners are really friendly and leave you to it.

The Villa was very well equipped. For us though, it was the parking, terrace and swimming pool, along with the tranquillity and lovely views, that made our holiday so special. The pool was perfect. It's a good size and has the bonus of a shower, great terrace and seating and sunbathing areas. The terrace outside of the living area is also well furnished and we used it a lot. Parking was literally right outside the Villa. The owners were very pleasant and efficient and keen to help, including giving us local fruit! This was a perfect holiday for us. We didn't visit the beach but it was very close.
