Villa del Mar

Great space over 2 floors. Swimming pool is gated for the little guests which is perfect. Villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. There are even beach accessories (sand toys, chairs and umbrella).

The location is perfect for the beech, and local shops. if you have a car then there are several supermarkets less than 10 mins away.

We spent in this house a week in winter. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. Katia was very helpful. She bought us tasty breakfast for the first morning and gave us many tips for trips in the neighborhood. We spent wonderful holiday there.

The villa was very close to the beach, 5 mins only on foot. It was very tidy and well equipped. The owner was really kind and helpful and gave us a lot of info about the area, recommendations etc. Communication was fast before and during our holiday as well.

We had a great stay overall! The villa is located in a walking distance to the beach and all necessities (supermarkets, meat shop, ATM, car rental, etc.) were just behind the corner. At the same time, the place offered complete privacy and had a really cosy outside area with sofas, eating table, sunbeds, pool and a big garden. We were looking for a chill holiday this year and we spent a lot of time in the villa, grilling in the garden, hanging out around the pool. It is a great place for a family with small kids! At the same time, one can rent a car or take a taxi to easily visit some nearby towns like Arta, which offer more opportunities to experience Spanish culture and food. The host Katia was very friendly and was always available to answer any questions or requests. We had a great time and would highly recommend to stay here!
