The Villa inside has Cameras !!!! this was a complete red flag to us when we arrived, we all know cameras can hear as well as see !! They are on inside the lounge and kitchen area and on the landing area upstairs between the bedroom areas too - when we realised we covered them up but this is a complete invasion of privacy and like many people in their own homes sleep and walk around naked - so having cameras is a complete NO NO in our opinion - it makes you wonder if there were hidden ones too !! not what is or should be expected !! - The downstairs aircon was like a aircraft whining too and needs definitely replacement fan or bearings to stop the noise. but the main downside was being watched - the Villa itself is great though as were the extras like bikes, pool toys, electric scooters even - ( not that we used any)

The best

It was beautiful, very modern, the pool was heated which was perfect for an April family holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with soft warm bedding. We slept very well and had a lovely relaxing time. The outside space was brilliant and we made use of every floor level including the rooftop for an evening jacuzzi. The children were very excited to see the bikes and electric scooters and the bat and balls for playing which were stored in the out shed. We would definitely recommend this Villa as we had everything we needed and will be definitely be returning.

“For a fabulous sunny escape it doesn't get any better than Villa del Pinatar!”

The best

It was our second visit to Villa del Pinatar, as we were very impressed with it first time round. Loved the comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness throughout and high standards of all facilities. The new addition of jacuzzi on the top terrace (from which you can watch beautiful sunsets - even on cool January evenings!) it's an added bonus to what is already a perfect accommodation. We were so happy we had another opportunity to spend a few sunny days in the villa. There are lovely beaches to explore - some nearby, some within a short bike ride (the owners kindly let us use bikes available at the property), and some within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk and a shopping mall - 5 minutes drive.

Nothing. Just not enough time to explore the area.

“Exceptional villa, fantastic stay!”

Absolutely beautiful villa - exceptionally well designed with everything you could possibly need to have a great stay. Outdoor space and furnishing were fantastic, stylish and comfortable for sitting around the pool and outdoor dining - the rooftop kitchen was brilliant! Location is ideal for the beach, dining and shopping. Greeting and communicaton were superb, we really appreciated the tips on where to eat and shop.
