The best

Facilities as shown in photos and we were very happy with the Villa and In particular with the location. Very convenient to the lovely beach and to local shops for gifts and supplies and also many restaurants. The owner was very responsive to a problem we had in the bathroom and this was resolved quickly. Lovely location for a family holiday. East access to buses for Palma, Alcudia old town and Pollensa town and Port Pollensa

To be improved

The pool was too small for our party of teenagers and early 20’s family members but we weren’t expecting it to be different. It was certainly big enough to cool down in after a hot day out and about!

Good location and quiet street

The biggest problem was the unpleasant smell in the house, like everything was very old and musty, maybe because we were at the beginning of the season and the house had not been used for a long time before that, but a few days with the windows open did not change anything. This was the biggest disappointment of our vacation, I don't understand how the owners can rent the house in such a condition, there were also questions about the cleanliness, the floor had clearly not been washed for a long time and some other details. One bathroom had a horrible sewage smell so we couldn't use it and only used one bathroom. Also, be prepared that the photos were probably taken many years ago, now everything looks much older and needs repair, at least minimally.

The best

Perfect location to Alcudia beach, 2 minute walk. Plenty of space and a very comfortable property. Excellent and helpful service from the property company, easy check in and checkout. Would stay there again!!
