Stayed too short

The hosts were liars, rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and unhelpful. On arrival, an advertised (listed and pictured) wall mounted BBQ grill was not available in this house, it was a picture from the neighboring house. The host refused to solve or even address the issue, did not provide an alternative until several arguments and days later, he then gave us 50€ cash and told us to buy one ourselves. The toilet on the basement floor did not work and flooded through the floor siphon when used, a solution was not provided for this, 11 people had to share 2 showers. The oven was broken and the fix provided by an electrician was rushed and useless, the oven never worked. The owners listed dogs allowed for free regardless of size, and then tried to charge us 50€ for each dog once we arrived, even though we gave prior notice about them. The kitchen distribution was terribly uncomfortable. The house is visibly still under construction with electrical details pending and missing a key safety feature: railing on the stairs to the roof.

We visited this "deluxe" villa in October for a bigger group where there were both adults and kids and to be honest, it was a huge disappointment. When we arrived it was already clear that this accommodation was not what was told in the website and what we ordered and paid for. We had no hot water, not enough dishes, no blankets... For the first four nights we needed to use towels as blankets for the kids and the owner sent someone to fix the hot water only after a few days. The house was also totally unfinished; toilets without sink, electricity wires were still open in many places, all the outdoor lights were not working and at the upper terrace there were no handrails so it was total no-go. All the outdoor furniture was also broken and we had only one small frying pan for 11 people. The bigger one was so old and rusty that it was unusable. There was also nothing for kids (even that it was told in the ad). The location was okay with kids, the area was quiet and peaceful but the services were quite far.

Needed to drive taxis not great in that location, the villa itself was beautiful though.
