“Relaxing villa, maybe some modernisation of processes would help.”
The best

Great location. Really liked the villa layout, relaxing area above, and pool and comfy sun beds below. Breakfast offering is a cut above other hotels we’ve been at, lots of fresh fruit. Remember heading back late and just relaxing under the stars.

To be improved

Aircon appeared to be centrally controlled, so was never sure how it works, was quite warm one morning. Appreciate the need to reduce energy usage, but please inform guests. Also lack of clear reception was disconcerting when we first arrived. I did ring the appropriate number on WhatsApp, but resorted to using the Booking.com provided number (which apparently wasn’t correct) as just wanted to get in the room after a long drive.

The best

Location is nice, breakfast was quite alright, parking good and free- staff friendly and helpfull. Close to lots of restaurants and to the beach. AC working well, pool clean.

To be improved

We had the room that was by the pool, it had no windows inside, it was smelling bad of vinegar somehow, the linens and sheets were also somehow smelly, there was also some mold visible in the bathroom were no air would circulate. It made us really uncomfortable for the stay..

Cleanness, towels and bed sheets not clean properly. A/c not working. Bed frame full of termites or carcome making noise at night not allowing to sleep
