“We had a fantastic week in this lovely house!”

The best

Great garden and pool area with both sun and shade and lots of cozy places to relax. Nice big dinner table outside the house close to the kitchen just inside. BBQ facilities were also good. Comfortable beds/linens and both shower and pool/beach towels were provided. The location is good, only a short walk from the shopping centre with supermarket and restaurants with nice sea view. The beach is also nice and only about 1 km away (quite a hill on the way back to the house though). Parking area and WiFi was provided although this was not mentioned in the description. Easy and quick communication with the staff responsible for the house.

To be improved

Only four “private” bedrooms, the other ones are in the hallways where others need to pass by for access to bathrooms. Showers were not good, one had only hot water temporarily and the other one had very low water pressure. Also for the number of guests one more bathrooms would be good. In the kitchen, that looked brand new, some basic equipment was missing. Low frequent “noise” from the traffic passing the road just outside the house was heard all night from at least two of the bedrooms. The house only includes the downstairs area, upstairs is an apartment used by other quests (they do not access the garden and pool are though). Also from a privacy perspective, banana plantation trucks and workers pass by next to the house and garden sometimes during daytime.
