“Passable”

The best

The house is big and spacious and had a nice small pool that was clean. I appreciated the many rooms it had and the couches were very comfortable. Wifi was in working order. The house was one story and so it accommodates elderly very nicely.

To be improved

The owners came in person to meet you and insisted on us paying a $250.00 cash deposit upfront before they handed over the keys. I was not aware of this rule and I had to get my dad (who luckily lives in Spain) to send her a cash deposit (equivalent to a Venmo or Paypal). They have many rules. Keep in mind that they do not make all the beds, only enough for the # of people you reserve. Any additional people will be charged extra (and deducted from the deposit). They expect you to leave the place as clean as when you arrived, including trash thrown. They will ask you to pull all the sheets from the beds and leave them on the floor. The area is very quiet, peaceful, but if you want to be walking distance from the ocean, this is not the place. I would be cautious when booking.
