“Seriously good value for money & very comfortable, it has a few drawbacks but overall we loved it,”
The best

The host was so helpful & kept in contact & very easy to deal with. The beds were soooo comfortable we all slept so well. Great outdoor area and a lovely kitchen with decent sized fridge & freezer. Hyper Dino just behind property with a few bars. El Campaniro shopping & food area only 5 min walk. Town centre 15 min walk.

To be improved

The property is a little dated, there is no a/c but the winds of Fuerteventura through the many balcony’s keep the property cool at night. The bathrooms could be more modern but at the price one cannot complain. The pool needs an overhaul with some missing tiles and not a great filtration system but it was cleaned daily.

Location is not bad and also outside space

To be improved

The stay in the house was a bit disappointing. Apart from not having enough kitchen utensils such as good knives and whisk, the house in general is very neglected. Things are broken or just falling apart. The beds are uncomfortable and it is really a pity because it is not bad in terms of space and location but that’s all.

“Interior is fine, let down by looking a bit tired outside”
The best

Villa was clean and had everything as you would expect (except a Microwave). Beds were comfy, 2 bathrooms, Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, big TV (although without having a subscription to either Netflix or Prime you have little choice).

To be improved

Main gripe was the Patio Door lock which was broken - leaving the property unsecure meaning ALL valuables had to be taken out every time we ventured out. Pool had a leak which was noted from previous reviews is still present, shame the pool isn't heated but in the heat of summer probably is ok.

“Enjoyed our stay but not worth the money”
The best

The villa is lovely but could potentially be much better.. Bathroom was nice with plenty of towels, toilet paper and soap. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable. We were in P5 this time but did stay in P3 earlier in the year and can honestly say it was chalk and cheese. We had a lovely time but as I say it could be fantastic. Not currently worth how much is being charged.

To be improved

Although we had been aware that the pool was due some renovations we did not expect to find scum marks from previous occupiers still on the water line at one end of the pool. The recirculation and filter system did not work so although happy to skim leaves, fine particles, tiny flowers were forever present.. Kitchen ware was not to the standard we are used to but we managed. There were no dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid or cleansing products. The only bread knife had a handle that was falling to bits and was not sharp enough to cut bread. A reclining chair in the lounge was reclined when we arrived and we couldn't unrecline it. Terraces were lovely but had insufficient garden furniture, recliners without moving things about. The patio doors could not be secured. A quick wiggle of the door and the lock mechanism open. Fortunately the Cork screw fitted in a missing security lock which worked.
