AVOID BOOKING HERE Where do I start, So there is Cameras inside the villa with audio recording ( I never realised what the description of the cctv meant until we arrived) The Aircon didn’t work, if anything it made the rooms warmer. The windows never locked meaning the premises was not secured at any point in our stay, the lobby door to outside of the complex was never locked meaning anyone could walk in and walk about. We had to keep all of our valuables at our parents apartment on the other side of Puerto Rico meaning if we needed money , passports , jewellery or our camera we needed to go there and pick it up before doing anything with our days, we have spent a fortune on taxis back and forward because of the location of the villa( not a complaint ) is too far to walk 3/4 times a day , the lack of hot water from the shower was a joke, the hot water lasted around 3/4 mins at most meaning we had to turn the shower on , get wet then turn it off to wash hair and the back on to rinse the soap out. When we arrived at the villa we had to put the pool cleaner in the pool as this had not been done also the pool had not been cleaned before we arrived so it was all scummy and full of leaves and debris floating around. When we contracted the owner about the issues we had he made it out like we didn’t know how to open and close a window and was nothing but rude and argumentative, then told us we would need to wait 3 days for the windows to get fixed so we ended up booking another accommodation to live in after this. After contacting the owner we also contacted booking.com via online chat and phone calls, they wanted nothing to do with it and hung up on me 3 times. Absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID BOOKING HERE.

In the lounge we had to find blankets as so cold!! After my husband had a shower - only enough water for me to have a very quick shower before the water ran cold!! The kitchen could do with a make over it lets the apartment down
