“Beautiful villa, great pool, quiet/safe area in the hills overlooking the sea”
The best

The size of the house work great for us, the kitchen and dining areas were good and the garden with grass space and heated pool was perfect. The villa is up in the hills so the view from the garden looking over the island and the sea was beautiful. Its a row of beautiful villas and access is gated with a secure code to be able to access the villas. We packed on the street which is very quiet but there is also underground parking available.

To be improved

This wasnt a problem with us as we hired a car and enjoyed walking but the villa is up in the hills and is a 25/30 walk down a steep hill to the resturants, and then a very steep hill walk home, however its a nice walk looking out to sea. Supermarkets are a car ride away. There is nothing walking distance. 3 of the bedrooms are great but the 4th bedroom with twin beds is downstairs which is more like a basement. There are no windows and there is an aircon unit which isnt great.

“Nice villa with beatiful sea views from the garden”
The best

Very nice villa, well equipped and well located in Adeje. Plenty of space available (in the rooms, on the terrasse, in the garden) and well maintained swimming-pool. Beautiful sea views from the garden. Private underground parking available and easy access to all local facilities.

To be improved

All the equipements are fully functional, but some of them start to become a bit outdated. Some of the furnitures could also be refreshed.
