Pool and outdoor space was nice. The views are amazing.

The beds are terrible - hard mattresses with plastic covers are extremely uncomfortable. Only aircon in bedrooms and living space very hot - a ceiling fan should be installed for comfort. No basic provisions eg water, washing up liquid, tea or coffee. No pool towels provided and photo misleading on ad. Parasols cheap and flimsy. On day of departure cleaner arrived 2 hours before check out time and was cleaning around us outside at breakfast.

“Disappointing overall as setting and views are very nice - but interior needs a real update”

Frayed wire on iron: poor access to wardrobes in two bedrooms(had to move beds to open doors); walk in shower doors old and broken, shower head badly fitted and only usable as “handheld”; no cushions for sun beds; no pool towels and umbrellas small and flimsy (blew away in slight breeze); entrance gate is narrow and awkward- only suitable for smaller cars; seven lightbulbs not working - including cooker hood; washing machine broken; no basic necessities provided - eg one or two dishwasher tablets would have been a good idea
