“Nice Villa, Good Location, Friendly Staff”

Jason was a very friendly and responsive host, recommending places to go and where to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The villa was in a nice and quiet location and was very clean. The pool man was friendly & helpful. Good size pool and the garden is fairly secluded. WiFi & plenty to watch on TV. We had a really nice week and would stay again if we came back to Lanzarote.

To be improved

The villa is a bit of a walk from the supermarket (took us around 15 mins), not really an issue for us but something to be aware of for people not as comfortable with walking. It is also a similar walk into the town but we enjoyed the walk. I would recommend hiring a car if you're not a big walker. I've seen other reviews about construction work. There was some construction work ongoing down the road, but this was far enough away that it wasn't very loud and wasn't an issue for us.

“Exceptional”

The best

Just back from a fabulous 9 nights in villa Emma. A beautiful gated villa with heated pool and Jacuzzi. The location of the villa is so peaceful but is only a 15 minute walk from Marina Rubicon. We arrived to villa late at night and check in and access to keys for the villa was super easy. The owner of the villa was extremely helpful and always on the other end of the phone if needed. We had an amazing stay and are already planning our next visit!!

“Nice villa but the location lets it down.”

The best

The villa is comfortable and well proportioned with good kitchen facilities. The terrace is a good size and sunny all day with nice furniture and plants, the pool is lovely. The TV is modern and large with decent apps, good WiFi.

To be improved

The location isn’t great. The description states it is a 10 minute walk to the marina but it took us more like 25 minutes. The walk isn’t pretty - rough open spaces and building sites. The shop is not within walking distance, you 100% need a car, which we did have. The parking is VERY tight so make sure you get a small car! During our stay there was building work in the space directly in front of the terrace, sometimes starting at 7.30am. The owner claimed to know nothing about this and was combative in attitude when I messaged them. The hot tub was dirty with hair in it and scum on the water - I did mention this to the (lovely and polite) pool maintenance guy when he came to check the pool and he cleaned it for us and washed the filter etc. It was better then but it had put us off.

“Wonderful stay in this fabulously located villa with large, south facing garden/pool area.”

Lovely villa in a superb location on this quiet, gated community. We have stayed in 3 other villas on this complex and although the villa was not quite as modern as the others we have stayed in, we liked it the best! The pool is wonderful, clean and warm. The outside area is well utilised and is a quiet and relaxing space. As the large garden area is south facing and there are no buildings close by, the sun shone down all day and we loved the open outlook. The villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is great. We had detailed entry instructions with good information before we arrived. We will definitely be returning - thank you!
