The outside spaces, pool and communal areas were spacious.

To be improved

You have to walk through the large bedroom to get to the upstairs double bedroom - fine if sharing with family, not great if you’re staying with another couple. The downstairs bathroom is very tired.

The best

Villa Encanto is a great place for a large group, it is even more spacious than the photos show. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, we were able to cook several meals easily. The pool and view are amazing.

To be improved

The villa needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning. The floor especially is quite dirty. The air con was really appreciated but it would be useful to have it in all the bedrooms. It is a shame that the two double bedrooms are connected so you have to go through one room to get to another. Okay for a family but not much privacy for couples.

“Good value for the money”

The best

Good value for price. View is amazing and more valuable than all the rest. The swimming pool was a great addition not only for kids ;) even if the water was cold. The washing machine was very useful as well.

To be improved

Not enough restrooms for the amount of beds. Bedroom on the top floor is without bathroom, which is accessible via 2nd bedroom, which is not fully comfy if you stay with some other families. Water in the shower from time to time was cold. Dishwasher was freaking out with strange errors.

Lovely property with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The views are amazing. Good location, about a 20 minute walk to Calpe.

too many stairs indoors and outdoors. not much linen and tea-towels. location quite difficult with a member of our family in a wheelchair not helped by builders digging up the road outside the villa
