The best

The location was ideal for us, relatively peaceful area, just a 10 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Well equipped with everything needed for a good holiday. (Although perfectly usable, the microwave, washing machine and drier were all showing their age). The small garden had (February) sun virtually all day long, with the heated pool being a welcome bonus.

To be improved

The only negative I can say was the mattress on the bed was far too firm for our liking and comfort.

The best

The villa is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did have an issue that the pool heating wasn't switched on, but that was swiftly resolved. The villa was super clean, beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was also fantastic. Another great thing that I didn't notice the first few days, is that there is a reverse osmosis system meaning you have super fresh drinking water straight from the special tap! The air conditioning was great and the keyless entry was also fantastic! It's in a private gated street, supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. The marina is around 15 minutes walk and likewise the CC Pueblo also around 15 minutes walk in the opposite direction.

To be improved

Although this is not a problem with the actual villa, if you are a sun worshipper who likes to sit out in it all day long, the pool area does get shaded due to the close proximity of the villas directly behind the pool. In the summer the sun is higher so probably wouldn't be an issue. For me, I would still book the villa again.

“Great staying experience in Lanzarote”
The best

what we enjoyed the most was the availability of a dishwasher, not so frequently existing in vacation apartments The surrounding was very quiet, which we also really appreciate 🙂 Also the fact of having a parking place at the house, not having to leave the rental car on the street is a plus.

To be improved

There shouldn’t be the need to buy some indispensables which are bought is high qtys, as cooking salt or washing detergent (either dishes or clothes). We acknowledge this happened in all previous rentals we’ve done, our observation is to highlight how it would differentiate with a very little investment
