“Good but let down by the lack of re-investment in the property.”
The best

90% of the villa is excellent but as in previous reviews it needs some maintenance and updating to bring it up to a good standard. A handy man for a few days would sort most of the issues. Space is great Privacy. Location.

To be improved

The main bathroom is a major letdown - the tiles are mouldy and the toilet flush back plate just falls to the floor (as reported in a December 2024 review). When holiday makers arrive at the property it should not need repairs which have obviously been needed for months. If it was a hotel you would not accept this WIFI is non existent - you can connect but it not usable due to the speed available. Doors don't shut between rooms.

The best

We stayed at Villa Eris as a family of four at the end of February. Overall, our stay was enjoyable—the pool was fantastic, especially with the warm weather, and both the living room and kitchen were clean and well-maintained. The villa also has a fantastic location in quiet area, only a short walk to the beach

To be improved

The condition of the toilets was unacceptable. They were visibly dirty, with noticeable mould, and clearly in need of urgent upgrades. It was also impossible for all four people to shower one after another before going out, as the hot water supply was only sufficient for two consecutive showers. Additionally, our bed sheets had visible stains, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness standards.

The location is fantastic, so peaceful and quiet but just a short 5 min walk down to the beach / strip. The villa has everything you’d need.

To be improved

The pool was dirty on arrival. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 10 mins. The doors in the villa badly need to be fixed, hardly any of them shut properly.
