Good Location, quiet, clean

To be improved

Slippery floors, My wife slipped on the stairwell and thank God, only got bruised. Only one key. The front and bach patio doors latch and lock automatically when closed, easy to be locked out, especially when the key is stuck in the front door lock. The key is needed on the inside to deadbolt the lock. The safe is not working, very important to us. It's hard to communicate, they requested texting, we only could receive emails. A sim card, purchased in Spain, doesn't include texting.
