“Great stay with family and friends. Everething as listed, very good communication with owner.”

Very nice villa with all the facilities as described. We didn't miss anything. A calm and family-friendly stay. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Close to supermarkets. A car or bicycle is recommended to reach centre of Denia and other facilities.

To be improved

The only complaint is a squeaky mattress in one of the beds.

“Exceptional”

It's a beautiful cozy house with lovely antique furniture. Pool access, short drive or 30 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Attentive and helpful owners! Would definitely stay again! 😃

“A fabulous space to explore Denia either on foot or by car!”

We liked the proximity to Denia and beaches only a 2530 minute walk to the seafront. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was adequate, the little balcony . We used the pool a lot and didn’t find sharing with neighbours an issue. We had a fabulous week.

To be improved

The bedding probably needs updating, and equipment in kitchen needs looking at. Everything else was spot-on

“Not quite what we expected!”

The property was in a good location, approximately 20 minutes to the centre with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, the beach and marina were also close by. This was fine for us however if you have mobility problems you may experience difficulty during the walk back. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely view of Mount Montgo. Communication with Carlos the host was satisfied, he kindly allowed us a slightly earlier check in and later checkout which was much appreciated. We didn’t use the communal pool which is located at the bottom of the road however it appeared quite nice.

To be improved

Although a lovely property and good value for money for an out of season stay we felt the property has much more potential, it was rather tired looking and would very much benefit from a freshen up. For example, the kitchen units, appliances and downstairs decor. The outside space also has great potential but was rather neglected. For a three bedroom property to accommodate up to six person’s there is only one small sofa and one chair in the living area.
