Villa Fedelian 2 Playa Blanca

Fantastic stay at Villa Fedelian! We visited in March 2025 as a group of 10. The villa was extremely spacious and offered plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The outside pool was lovely and warm at all times, which was perfect with the lanzarote breeze. The owners even provided pool towels for everyone, plus your usual wash towels etc. The villa was very well equipped for a large number of people - plenty of glasses, crocery, cutlery etc. Location was great and felt very safe/secure. It was just a c.20 min walk to the beach front and town! And above all, the owners have been fantastic. Very thorough communication pre and post holiday making the whole trip completely seamless - especially with people arriving at different times throughout the week, so thank you from all of us!

Modern house with good room/bed layout, clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen: enough dishes, glasses, cutleries and accessories, gas stove, coffee machine, etc. Heated pool - a must have in the winter months and additional large pool towels also provided. Patio - has sliding doors and seating for everyone. Nice and quiet location - last house on the dead-end street in the outskirts of town. Recreational room with ping-pong table. Communication with the host - fast and clear.

Size and facilities

Fantastic property in excellent location. About 25 mins walk to lots of restaurants & bars or taxi at very reasonable price. We were a family of mainly adults with grown up children and everyone enjoyed their stay. There is lots to do locally and the villa also had a table tennis table so we had our own tournament during the Olympics! The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and were so helpful. I highly recommend a stay in this villa and we all hope to visit again.
