Lovely house with all amenities needed for the week we stayed no issues

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The place was a bit pricey for non-peak season, especially since it’s not a hotel, but it would be more affordable if shared with four people given the two king-sized beds. The listing mentioned a sea view, but it’s limited to a small glimpse from the second-floor front of the house. Basic cooking essentials like oil would have been appreciated. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The space was very clean, and the host was polite and responsive. Overall, a nice stay!

The accomodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was never busy with plenty of sunbeds. The surrounding area of Melonares was peaceful, with nice restaurants. A slow walk of 25-30 minutes took you to the busier Maspalomas beach area. We would return here, if visiting this area in the future.

Facilities and location. Good outdoor areas and excellent facilities with added extras like lilos and umbrellas for the beach.

A very warm welcome from Jörg. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of outdoor area. Parking was easy. Although it needs some redecorating, we were comfortable and had everything we needed - and best of all, the beds were really comfortable!
