the basement apartment had only one exit through the kitchenet, all windows were bared definite health and safety problem bedding in basement apartment damp the place had not been aired prior to stay reported to the agent who sent the cleaner in to change the bedding security lights outside not working needed to use my phone light to go down the outside steps at night, although reported to the agent not repaired before end of holiday cleanliness of all shower cubicles was poor 3 cockroaches found in basement shower kitchen mosquito door broken same repaired once it had been reported poor supply of kitchen utensils would benefit from a new oven and BBQ soft furnishings ie sofa's and chairs need up grading over all a very poor standard of care and cleanliness greatly over priced, in the write up it needs to be specified that it is two separate accommodations if you are taking more than two young children the accommodation is not suitable
