Villa Fina - PlusHolidays

Great accomodation ! We were very pleased and had a fun enjoyable stay.

It’s a good villa for a large family, 3 kitchens and plenty of living space. Lovely outdoor grounds, with a good sized swimming pool and plenty of sun beds! Air conditioning is available in all the rooms and the facilities are fine. When we picked the keys up the staff member didn’t really give any directions or helpful information about the location of the property and just took our security deposit and then left us with a slip of paper which had the address, wifi details and a contact number. Unfortunately when trying to call the contact number later during office hours to advise there was no hot water they did not answer so that was frustrating (So was unable to use the shower in the top floors of the house during our stay as l but the other showers on the bottom floor worked so it wasn’t too much of a problem). Also, when inputting the address from the slip of paper into the sat nav, it takes you to a different road than what the villa is on. The villa is not marked at all e.g there is no house sign on the wall outside to say ‘VILLA FINA’. You wouldn’t know you are outside the villa that you’ve seen on the photos from the booking.com listing because as you approach the villa it is surrounded by a tall wall and you can’t see into the property. So a tip: you will need to input the location as is stated on the booking.com listing to find the property rather than use the address they give you on the slip of paper ( you basically go over the tram track then take the second left and follow the round to the end and it will be directly in front of you with large white gates that you can use the fob on the keys to open). The property inside is very large, with plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms are comfortable. If you are staying with elderly or disabled people please bare in mind there are a lot of steps to get up and down onto the 3 different floors inside and outside the house and also to get from the driveway to the actual entrance of the house.

The villa was large and spacious and on three levels. It was in a quiet area outside of Calpe so a vehicle was needed to either go shopping or go for a meal etc, you possibly could have walked but in the heat this would have been tough. The Villa had excellent views over Calpe and the sea. It is ideal for families or groups wanting a base to chill and relax. A big compliment to the hosts Plus Holidays who were very professional and quick to respond to any issues or problems.

Villa Fina was really good villa where to be with family and friends. The house is big and everyone have their own personal space. Also was house clean and the view to the Calpe was amazing! Check-in and check-out was so easy! Person in the office was so helpful and pleasant person.

Villa is huge :) 8 people as we were can get lost. There was plenty of space for everyone. All is kept at a good level. The views are superb. Pool is big an nice. Company responded promptly when we had problem with dishwasher. We called 10 o`clock and it was fixed by 4 o`clock same day! The area is quiet with no disturbances. It is in a walking distance to the town and very close to train and bus stop. We got what we expected for a reasonable price.
