“Not the best choice 😕”
To be improved

There is no air con in bedrooms, except 1 on the top floor. Communal swimming pool where nothing is allowed, no suncream, no ball games, no inflatables, no drink, NO FUN. There is an "el presidento" who is watching every you move and shouting at you whenever he can. For example, We park our car for 10 minutes on one of the streets, and he came to us in 10 seconds with big arguments 🫣 I know, there is no owner fault, but this place is more like retirement holiday then family with kids place. I definitely won't be back there.
