“Property needs to be managed better and needs to be fixed up / cleaned properly.”

Outdoor space is nice, especially if you can use amenities advertised. We couldn’t due to mismanagement by the agent

To be improved

- Property was dirty and furniture / sinks etc were broken. We had hair in the showers; cigarette butts (we dont smoke!) by the pool side etc. - we had a fire alarm beeping for 2 nights which meant we couldn’t sleep. We notified the agent after our first night and they said they would send someone to fix it but no one came for a whole other day and then maintenance turned up after 2 days without notifying us - We didn’t have enough hot water for showering for a group of 6, typically only enough for 2 people in a day. - Amenities in the property were falsely advertised (by admission of the agent!) - when called agent up on it, they said there was confusion and they will bring equipment to us, but even after a 4 day stay nothing was delivered. - Check out time is 1000h and the cleaning staff arrived at 0900h; unlocked front gate and doors to the property without announcing themselves or notifying us. - The property is self serving property so not even the basics are available. If you arrive late, take this into consideration as you wont even find shower gel, salt, tea bags / coffee (nothing!)

“Pleasant stay at picturesque location”

The best

Very nice location, very close to other facilities - shops, restaurants, beaches. Excellent equipped villa with a lot of necessary items, dishes, cups, glasses and bowls. Very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds.

“Exceptional”

The best

Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay in the villa with the family. The view from the pool is amazing ! Thank you Agni Travel team for making my stay unforgettable, would love to come back to the villa for my next holiday !
