Fair bit of road noise, however you are at the waterfront and can walk anywhere, so it comes with more positives with its location by far.

It is a shared villa, the swimming pool, the barbecuer and the garden. That was not written on the house description, so be aware of it. Booking should make the host tell the truth for all guest. We had an inconveniente situation with another group in using the barbecuer. If you are with a group you don’t want to share with people you din’t know. That was a bad surprise.

“Too high a price for the conditions offered”

The surroundings and the views were very nice. I liked the fact that there was private parking and the cleanliness was quite reasonable.

The garden was very poorly maintained. The bushes were too overgrown, the lawn was too overgrown, and there were two dead palm trees with leaves and branches falling into the pool. In the games area, everything was broken. The pool was always dirty, there were even permanent insects in the water. The house has no air conditioning and offers fans to acclimatize the temperature. Still, these fans were not enough to be comfortable in the house when the temperature and humidity were high. Some of them were half broken, and made a lot of noise, and did not allow to rest at night. Here I think that the house needs to be improved urgently, at a price paid, they could have air conditioning, another option would be to place ceiling fans or use portable air conditioning units. We stayed for more than 1 week and they didn't offer us towels or spare sheets, they told us that as we could do our own laundry, we should do it ourselves. This is very inhospitable, we were staying with small children, and if there was an incident at night we would not have a change of bed linen. Finally, the houses need maintenance, for example, the shower head needs changing, etc.
