“Good Villa”

The best

Great villa. Communication excellent. Lovely outside area and roof terrace with amazing sea views. Everything in villa you need. Very close to all amenities. A lot of furniture looks quite new but kitchen could do with upgrading and outdoor sofa set needs replacing as leather peeling and ripped but this was only thing disappointed with. Plenty of other seating areas so we just did not use sofas

“All in all a great stay at a spacious, comfortable, if a bit outdated, casa in a great location”

The best

The position of the villa is excellent but we already knew it would be having stayed several times in this particular area and in similar properties - all of which were built as the same time. This 'casa' was spacious and had outside seating areas, a hot tub and BBQ area plus a great sized solarium up next to the roof. The two main bedrooms were large enough and with good wardrobe spaces. We were the only two staying so had plenty of room to spread out. Nice big flatscreen TV. Communications with Denise (local contact/caretaker) was very good and she always tried to help best as she could.....

To be improved

We think the kitchen needs an overhaul and looks original making it pretty old now. Hob, oven and microwave provided were fine but there were certain essential things missing in our view: no kettle (we did ask for a replacement having been told there should be one but that proved to be an issue - we are asked to buy one and claim the money back but nowhere locally had any and we didn't feel it right for us to explore further afield as this should have been sorted by the owner); no toaster; no ordinary knives yet lots of forks, spoons and teaspoons; no cleaning or drying/table cloths (for dishes etc); very tired outside seating covered by a couple of white bedsheets - time to replace? Given the money charged we think it would be appropriate to update the above and sort out the missing elements that would make this property 'very good' or better.
