“The villa was very clean well equipped and in a great location close to the beach and marina. The welcome pack was greatly received as we arrived very late. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms provided relief from the heat. There were plenty of towels plus towels for the sunbeds. Our questions to the host were answered promptly and instructions for arrival were perfect. We would stay again. · Cons: Only one small thing. There were only 5 coathangers provided.”

“Amazing place. Great place for a couple!”

Amazing location. Perfect presentation with a bottle of wine and a bottle of bubbles! All clean and smells amazing. You have all facilities. Nice swimming pool, great bbq place. We were sitting all the time outside for our dinner. Perfect service.

To be improved

Deposit: I think deposit could be collected by way of blocking the amount on the card instead of sending cash via bank payment. I think this is something what can be offered by booking.com

“Lovely villa with lots of extra touches”

Villa/pool was lovely and they provided a lovely welcome pack.. it was further out to playa Blanca than we thought.. cabs are non existent/hire cars all fully booked. Buses are cheap and easy though. There are two supermarkets in walking distance but be prepared to walk ALOT

Great communication. Property in a lovely peaceful location and exactly as described. Welcome package was a lovely touch along with a late check out to help due to flight times.

The Villa itself was really lovely. It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The private pool was a huge luxury.

One interaction with a member of VillagaroeD management team was very off putting. I felt like a child being chastised for making a simple request. Lies were told as part of the chastisement.
