Villa Gloria

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and there were no additional pillows provided, so we had to go and buy one on our second day, as the pillows in the main bedroom were just unbearable! The Internet seemed to be limited to the downstairs area, and when you have teenagers that want to either be by the pool or in their bedroom on their ipad, you can imagine how annoying this is! The mixer tap for the bath was broke, so you either had freezing cold water or boiling hot water.... there was no inbetween! The shower tray in the 2nd bathroom fills up immediately when taking a shower, so we had the pleasure of having a foot bath every day with people's hair... which was great! The only good shower was the one next to the pool on the roof! The pool...... it was lovely until our third day when it suddenly started to smell of fish!! The kids refused to go in it at this point! (And so did the adults!) We messaged the maintenance number that was provided asking if there was some sort of filter that could be turned on for the pool as it was also quite cloudy as well, but unfortunately not a lot could be done! Overall, for the money we paid and the amount of issues we had, we felt like we had been slightly ripped off!

There’s a loud building site next door
