“Good location and outdoor spaces, although internal decor could do with an upgrade.”
The best

Excellent outdoor space and wonderfully close to restaurants and bars without being noisy. Kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances were easy to work.

To be improved

Internal decoration was a bit "tired" and it could do with an upgrade. Aircon in the sitting room would be especially welcome.

“Great location…..not a great villa.”
The best

The villas location is excellent, just a short walk to both the marina and the town of Cala d’Or.

To be improved

The villa is in serious need of modernisation, there is a clear lack of reinvestment in the property. There is a mismatch of furniture, lamps and glassware/crockery and it shows there has been no attention to detail. The pool is very big but again many tiles missing and dirty round the edges, again in need of some TLC. The air conditioning is timed and when it’s 37 degrees that’s no good particularly when the rental cost just shy of €3000 for one week. The villa is opposite a hotel and while there was minimal noise from it parking isn’t easy as the hotel staff use the street for parking.
