“This is a hidden gem!”
The best

I stayed at this hotel mid July 25 whilst enroute to Gibraltar. I would most certainly give this Villa style hotel 5 stars plus! The location is over looking Málaga with a mountain range at the side of the hotel. You will require transport as Málaga is a 15 min drive. The views from this Villa hotel are beautiful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Free water, tea and coffee if you desire. There's a restaurant, however I didn't use it but the menu is substantial. The rooms are comfortable bed and pillows are excellent. There's a safe, fridge, ironing board,TV, tea making facilities with the usual bathroom with walk in shower. Car parking is free and on site. There's also a swimming pool and terrace area with great views. Breakfast is amazing and a la carte. Highly recommended

To be improved

During my stay, I noticed a lack of hospitality and responsiveness from the staff. I reported my noisy neighbors three times, but I was laughed at and no action was taken. The breakfast was very limited: three slices of cucumber, three slices of tomato, and a few pieces of cheese. It’s also frustrating to have to choose between three set menus offering very poor variety. The self-service coffee machine only served black coffee, you have to ask for milk at the reception every single time. There was no entertainment or music in the hotel; you really have to enjoy doing nothing. The hotel is located at the top of a very steep hill, be careful with your car’s undercarriage when arriving. Overall, I was quite disappointed with both the services and the staff.

“Away from the noise”
The best

Location is amazing on top of a hill. You do need a car or rely on taxis. Very friendly staff, breakfast is basic but ok.

To be improved

A bit pricy for fairly tired and not exceptionally clean rooms. But maybe that price is consistent across Malaga.

Decent view from the room, parking, fridge in the room and decent pool.

To be improved

Didn’t keep promise to. Phone doesn’t work & the thermostat from the 90’s. Cant keep the room cold enough. Restaurant is very expensive
