Villa Higuera

The Villa was very spacious and immaculately clean. The Villa had all the appliances you could wish for including fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, hob, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, dishwasher, washing machine to name a few. The lower ground floor consisted of the open plan living room with large satellite tv, dining room, kitchen (with island) and twin bedroom with en-suite, plenty of French doors leading out to the spacious patio and pool area with comfy chairs, dining table, sun beds and parasols, outdoor shower at poolside and also a built in spacious bbq area around the side, the washing line with pegs came in handy. The first floor had two double bedrooms one with en-suite, plus an additional bathroom with shower. The second floor had a double bedroom and shower room. All bedrooms have access to a large balcony with furniture. Air conditioning throughout the property was very much welcomed due to the high temperatures outside. The property was in a quiet location and not over looked and we felt very safe and secure, there is a large supermarket 7 minutes walk away. The nearest beach is a ten minute walk but road is very steep. The walk into the centre of Nerja would take approximately 34 minutes and very tiring given the steep roads especially in hot weather.

The villa was in a quiet scenic location . It was modern spacious and very clean. The pool was fab and bigger than I expected. Each bedroom had its own balcony. There was everything you needed for a great holiday. Eric and Catherine were wonderful We are enormously thankful for their assistance when I needed a hospital after a minor injury, luckily nothing serious. Eric very kindly picked us up from the hospital and took us back to the Villa.

The property was perfect for our family holiday we had a brilliant time everything that was needed was there for us to use The outside space was fantastic the pool was loved by everyone and there was plenty of shaded areas too the villa has air con in every room which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely be returning

Spotlessly clean, had everything you needed, decorated and furnished to a high standard. We already can’t wait to book again!
